I want to practice Blackjack on Ubuntu 18.04. I need a program like BlueStack, which works only with Microsoft or MAC ), + simulates the Android OS without a problem like on a smartphone so I can download the app from Google Playstore and use it on Ubuntu

There are Anbox and GenyMotion. Cannot say how good they are in emulating Android on Linux.
I have used Genymotion. Works fine.

Isn’t there an Android for X86? You could run it in Virtualbox…
