Excluding a USB-stick from automounting?

Good to know. And I´d rather not fiddle with fstab, if it can be avoided.

That´s what I wanted to achieve by using systemd, i.e manage the mount behaviour.
In my post #16 I outlined how I´d like to configure a file
/etc/systemd/system/media-rosika-74C1-30C7.mount

Yet I´m not bold enough to go through with the plan without obtaining an expert opinion about it first. :blush:

That explains why it might work
If you are hesitant about fstab, I will test it for you tomorrow

Please don´t. I have already made up my mind not to alter my fstab entries.
