We also needs to avoid Monday morning and friday afternoon, like the cars.

I took a look at a random portion of Debian repos.
The modification dates don’t suggest me they are fixed to wednesdays. 
Anyway, other distros may have this behavior, but Debain seemingly doesn’t.
