Not able to boot using Ubuntu bootable pen drive

I am not able to boot a Windows 10 laptop with bootable Ubuntu 20.04 pen drive.

The error message is
Missing parameter in configuration file,
Keyword: path,
gfxboot.c32: not a com32 R image , boot:]]]]]]]]]]]

The bootable Ubuntu pen drive was created on a Ubuntu laptop.

Are you trying to boot from the pen drive or boot Windows 10 from the pen drive?
