I just noticed this message on the right side of an article. But clicking on the “Print Friendly and PDF” link (which seems to point to http://www.printfriendly.com/) simply opens the Print to PDF option in Firefox.
I don’t see any difference in the saved PDF if I’m using uBlock origin in a not logged in session…
In fact the best output to PDF is by choosing the Reader View (press F9 or click in the button to the right of the address) in Firefox and then printing to PDF. Regardless if you are registered or not it produces the same clean result.
This option even hides the large green button “Your Account” which overlaps the text in the PDF for the registered users.
So it is not really a Plus Member advantage… (I’m not complaining, just warning that this is not accurate)
