On my Old laptop with Ubuntu 16.04. I can not make any connection. Last time I have used this laptop was 3 Month ago and everything was ok.
I think it’s a Network Manager. I have tried to restart, start Network Manager service. But it didn’t help.
But I don’t have any idea what to do.
Please Help me.

are you trying to make a wired or wifi connection?
Both are not functioning.
do they show up when you:
sudo lshw -C network
I made a mistake. I didn’t know that LAN port 4 don’t functioning.
The problem is only that WiFi on laptop is Disabled.

what do you get when you the following command from the command line:
sudo lshw -C network
note: if you copy and paste, please be sure to edit out your ip address just to be on the safe side
