I’ve been using computers since the 1980s, for fun to begin with, to write and for all sorts of tasks. I’ve even written some music (Muse) and made knitting and sewing patterns. But I’m definitely not a programmer. I switched to Linux in 2007 (Kubuntu at first) but moved over to Ubuntu which seemed more streamlined (taking a few KDE apps with me). I wish there were more women using and programming Linux.
