Been using PCs since CPM (2 380KB floppies) Epson running Valdocs suite (1983) w/ an external 10 MB HD!
Now, retired, I’m a distro dilettante.
My main rig (3 HD, i5, 8GB RAM) has 30 distros. Bluestar is the main.
Here, I’m with my son’s old college Lenovo T61 Core 2 w/ 160 GB HD and only 2 GB RAM). Voyager 18.04 LTS was my main distro but I’ve switched to MX-17. I am now using Solus 3.9999. But I also have LXLE 16.04 on it.
I’ve been an Elive fan for years but Samuel’s sticking to Wheezy for 3.0 has forced me to remove it.
I’m adding an old favorite PC LINUXOS Mate soon and maybe Suse’s Tumbleweed as well.
I only use Claws-mail w/ dillo.so for email. KeepassXC for my 250+ passwords. Nothing beats vfu (ver. 4.16) for cli.
