Nobody - they’re faking capital as they go - just like “capitalism” has been doing since forever (e.g. the futures market for tulip bulbs in the Netherlands in the 16th century)… It’s a bubble… I hope it blows up… It’s all “futures speculation” - nobody knows what the demand will be - but they’re banking on it…

Agreed, it is “futures speculation”. But that’s pretty much how the whole internet and cell phone and other industries have been built.
Hopefully the blast radius of this won’t be too damaging.
