While seeking help, you must provide the following information:

  • Which Ubuntu version are you using?
  • Is it 32-bit or 64-bit OS?
  • Which desktop environment and its version are you using?

A correct example would be: I am using 64-bit Ubuntu 16.04.3 with GNOME 3.28 desktop.

VT-x/AMD-V hardware acceleration is not available on your system. Your 64-bit guest will fail to detect a 64-bit CPU and will not be able to boot.
