Adapta not available anymore?

I am using 18.04. I had Adapta theme as default which I installed a couple of months ago. Now that I tried Ubuntu on a new machine, PPA from Tista does not work at all. There is no way to find an installation method either on their Github page.

I know the author is looking for a new maintainer. Does that mean that we can’t use Adapta anymore ?

If you have any workarounds, do share. Thanks.

I thought I had read something from @abhishek on It’s Foss which might help you, so looked back and found this , https://itsfoss.com/install-themes-ubuntu/ don’t know if it will help but might be worth looking at

Thanks @ElectricDandySlider , @01101111

Didn’t work. Looks like it is no longer available.

Luckily, when I tried the PPA in the AskUbuntu link, it worked.

Can you mark this as solved then with the post that solved it for us - or we moderators might get a bit grumpy  okay that’ll be just be me. I would help others in our community if they have the same problem to know where the solution was - thanks
