But I think I found something: man(1) - Linux manual page
No, now I found it–CLI man man. Really? You read the manual in terminal? I get it, though, the initial intent to have it without internet etc.

Yeah, it has been like that in Unix since 1970… long before internet… even before graphic terminals… even before crt terminals when you typed it out on a teletype. Showing my age there.
Using man at a terminal CLI is quite easy… it is designed for that… it even pages.
You can get man pages on the internet too just search for man apt
or whatever.
