Bluedevil KDE Plasma 6 can't receive files

Hello, fellow penguins.

I started using bluetooth for the first time and I encountered issues to receive a file from android on my Debian 13 running KDE Plasma 6.

I have it configured to receive files from trusted devices automatically and yet it couldn’t receive the file I sent from my phone. Otherwise, I could send a file without any hassle.

My older machine, Optiplex Micro, doesn’t have a Bluetooth receiver. I would have the same problem.

Hi crisdoxavier @crisdoxavier ,
Try the following:
In BLuetooth > System Settings, instead of selecting “Accept for trusted devices,” select “Ask for confirmation” and try again.

When you try to transfer a file, a window will pop up on your desktop asking if you accept the transfer.

Let me know if it worked.
