Camera and Tochscreen driver needed for Ubuntu 22.10

I have Windows Tablet Thunderbook (w802) and I want to have Ubuntu on it. It is really important that Camera and Touchscreen are working properly.
Camera is OmniVision ov2680 and the Touchscreen is Goodix gt9110p.

I found online goodix.c and something similar for OmniVision, but I don’t know what to do with these files.

Please help me.

Never used touchscreen or the camera in Ubuntu, so I’m not familiar with that issue.
But you may try this for touchscreen issue: https://www.synaptics.com/products/displaylink-graphics/downloads/ubuntu
