Ubuntu 21.04
Previous to 21.04 I have created launchable desktop icons, such as a restart button (restart.desktop.) Now when I repeat the creation and select Allow Launch I get two icons on the desktop, the icons do not change appearance and neither of them will execute the command. None of the articles I pulled up on the web had the correct answer to How Do I…, that is they have not worked for me. Has anyone successfully pulled this off? Inquiring minds want to know.
