I gave up smoking normal roll ups back in 2015, went over to vaping still vaping as I don’t want to completely give up altogether. It’s not the Nicotine that kills you off, it’s the Arsenic and other poisons they put into cigarettes. Of all the things I can’t understand of putting into a cigarette Arsenic and Tar?
With the vape liquid I use USA Mix which does not smell of disgusting car freshener like the rest of them do. I tried every flavor from Coffee to Strawberry, Lemon, Citrus, (Apple in other words.) Banana, Orange which is absolutely vile. USA Mix from Hangsen who make it, a British company. So anyone thinking about going over to vaping, as stopping completely is way too hard I can highly recommend USA Mix, which tastes of tobacco, but without the smell. I have 12mg of nicotine, which is quite low, but any higher will mean having to clean your vape tank out more often, as the liquid at 16mg of nicotine starts to thicken in your tank.
