It has been suggested to me by @Shamu that new users of the forum could be helped by a brief statement of how to do elementry things when replying or posting
I was sure I had seen something somewhere, but I can only find the line about Markdown, etc that appears when you start a new topic.
So,
- is there anything?
- could we think about having something, perhaps adding it to the FAQ
