Dual Boot system showing 2 windows partitions

Whenever I boot my system; in the opening screen it shows following menus

  1. Ubuntu
  2. Ubuntu Recovery Module
  3. Extension of module 2
  4. Windows (sda1)
  5. Windows (sda2)

If it is W10 then grub is more than likely flagging the efi and the C drive for bootable partitions. I still run Windows with dos, and on one partition, so I do not have that issue.
