The climate effect may be just what we need today.
i wonder how the ancient astronomers would have explained rings? They would not be on the eclyptic and would not move like other objects.

I do believe this was before the days of dinosaurs and even humans!!! Since Saturn was the first giant planet to evolve then the rings for Earth was propably even before Earth’s existences.

I think we could live with rings, but an asteroid impact would be close to terminal.

I read another story talking about the possibility of previous intelligent/evolved civilizations similar to our own. After a very short, geologically speaking, amount of time almost all evidence is gone. There could have been many civilizations come and go before us and we’d never know.

I think it is already a know fact that the Egyptian Empire was not alone in the World as we know. Who knows how many visitors Earth has had!! Just like the Columbus discovered America hoax!!!
