Edits To Posts Should Be Notified on Discourse

If I edit something I have already posted, it does not notify as a new reply would… so no-one sees what I edited , unless they go browsing.

I think discourse should notify edits…or at least significant edits.
What do others think.

II (try to) edit only typos and missed formatting. Everything bigger goes to a follow-up post. But I understand and support your request.

Corrections are sometimes necessary … I make mistakes.

Got a point there. No need to flag a posting for review if only performing some edits.
On the edit option, maybe there needs to be a revision flag a person could check. This in turn could tell the system to flag the post for reading.
