Hello there.
After a search I could’nt find thie site mentioned here, so I thought I’ll give it a shot.
As many of you know, there is an end coming for Windows 10 this september.
The site EndOf10 tries to collect communities and events all around the world that deal with this problem, as Microsoft is forcing users to upgrade to Windows 11, “or else…”
But many users don’t own “adequate” hardware for this. And are simply told “OK, then, buy new stuff…”
But that’s not necessary and by all means, nonsense at that…
Me and my community had one of the events two weeks ago and it was a nice success (at least for our small town). We switched 12 users to GNU/Linux and we think, there are more to come.
Long story short, I wanted to share this website for all those who seek help with switching.
I felt this fits this categroy, if not, feel free to move or delete it…
