Error while upgrading fedora 35 to 36

ERROR WHILE UPGRADING FROM 35 to 36

Guyz, this is the error.Any idea how to resolve it?

My upgrade of F35 to F36, on an AMD Ryzen 5 Thinkpad E495 (Vega8 GPU/APU) went without a hitch - that was some time ago - 2-3-4 months ago?

Have you got RPMFusion enabled and working? Just thought I’d ask that… I had to enable that to get my GPU drivers working… Also curious what the package “arm-tools” is all about…

Note also - I pretty much stopped using it - needed the deskspace for work’s MacBook…
