The reason i had a previous post about MX KDE not installing Global Themes was because it’s not just an MX KDE issue, but seems to be concerning any distro based on Plasma 5 :

Well, I thought being able to customize was one of the main features of a DE?
The main selling point of Plasma is that it looks nice.
Strange how something that stops working suddenly becomes unimportant.

Having dabb lately mostly with Plasma 6, the issue there is non-existent there.
Did oblige me to find other ways to tweak MX KDE tho.
Was able to download new icon sets and color schemes that worked! 
Not a new theme, but close enough.
