No, I had not even heard of it.
Distrowatch says it is Arch based but not minimal like Arch
Some have criticised its security.
Perhaps some friend in this network would play it with VirtualBox ![]()
Correct
Some have criticised its security
Interesting
BTW For your consideration
It was mentioned and covered in YouTube at
Number 313 on DistroWatch. Does not seem it is very popular.
Maybe you could install it and tell us what you think about this distro.
Has sense the idea … but just sharing some distro based on Arch Linux
I remember other post in this network about “no popular” distro (or similar)
Xerolinux is nonfree. It requests a donation for a download.
I dont see anything special on its home page. … a well configured Arch maybe?
No problem. Every post about a distro gives the forum information.
I am not an fan of Arch type distros so I would not try XeroLinux, but yes, there are people here that very well might be interested in it. I never heard about XeroLinux and now I have.
I was about to install it 4 or 5 days ago but then i saw it works mostly with the keybord not so much with the mouse so i didnt install it . I want my os to work with the mouse, the only arch distro i tried was cachy os with kde plasma and i really liked it alot
The Arch-based distro that I like is Artix.
I have it with Xfce. It is stable. It has a nice Wiki.
Ok thats great . i read now about this arch/Manjaro distro with XFCE desktop
i will give it a try and it has Xfce desktop wich i never used so if nothing else i might learn something new ![]()
