I have kind of a problem.
Bluetooth connected Samsung U Flex headset works fine under windows - tried it, to see if problem was with the headset. Works fine with Android cell phone. SO both voice and sound.
Trying them on Ubuntu 18.10, sound is good (almost perfect)…but the sound from microphone doesn’t get through… So no possibility to make calls with them
Bluetooth Headsets on Linux can be sometimes extremely weird. If I were you, I would play around with pavucontrol a LOT. It probably can resolve your issue. I had a similar issue as you and this program definitely fixed it. Play around with every single volume bar and I think you should be able to find the issue.
