How to create a bootable USB?

So, after struggling with my computer in this topic. I decided to try a BIOS update.

I didn’t know it was so DAMN HARD to simply create a bootable USB for a BIOS update. Is it really that hard? All I need to do is update my BIOS, but the manufacturer of the computer (an Acer Aspire XC-780) only provides zip files. :rage:

Providing you can still get the zip file from Acer for the bios update, all bios updates I have did require the USB to be formatted with FAT32 unzip and extract the update to the FAT32 USB.

Which I did: no dice.

Assuming your using Linux OS. You will most likely need to create a Windows bootable USB then try this;
