I have .iso file in usb to dualboot linux mint, how to make it live usb distro?

Copy the ISO file to your Ubuntu system. On Ubuntu, you have a start up disk creator tool. Plugin your USB and run this tool. Browse to the ISO file (on the disk, not USB) and click Make Startup Disk.
