Is there a way to be Safe and install Ubuntu @ “something else” area? I don’t know the correct way.

Yes. Just mount only partitions from the SSD belonging to Ubuntu and you are good to go.

Ubuntu booting problem

NVMe devices are not popular for very long. So they are kind of “new”, even though they are already available to normal people for years.
