Hi, I would like to discuss here about a news that Ubisoft will close all the inactive accounts and delete the purchased game also. This is the detail of the info.
Actually I have a Ubisoft account and it is almost 1 year old account. Most probably I was get in touch with my account about 3 months ago. So I am worried if my account is closed or deleted all games.
Has anyone lost your account? Or how can I back up the purchased games? Your valuable feedback must be appreciated.

Unfortunately, I can’t help you with that because I don’t have an account with UBISOFT.
I’ve asked my son about this, who has an account and purchased games, and so far he hasn’t received any information and even didn’t know what you mentioned in your post.
I went to read the information on UBISOFT It only specifies for certain cases - that’s my interpretation, so I’d appreciate it if you’d read it too.
