I really like Librewolf especially the good job it does at filtering the spyware and such. I hope it stays as Google-less as possible but I have a couple of quirks. 1) I’ve tried APP image and the standard installation file and the results are the same. It seems that mint 20 doesn’t acknowledge it so it acts almost like a virtual package not being listed as default, not saving any site settings ( aside from bookmarks) IIt doesn’t connect and open links from my email program and everything link related has to be copied and pasted rather than simply clicking via links. 2) i want to uninstall ublock in favor of a more user friendly blocker. How can i uninstall ublock and install a newer program via file not extension. I have always had my suspicions about extensions offered and prefer not to use them.
