Linux Equivalent for Windows File history

I’m about to switch from Win10 to Linux Lite, but can’t find an app that works like Windows built-in File History. I use it to back up any changed files once per hour.

However, there are alternatives which are very similar.

The latter link shows you two examples I would personally recommend. BTRFS and ZFS.

If you are just switching and are new to Linux, then BTRFS is probably the better option, because ZFS is much more advanced and has a steeper learning curve. BTRFS is comparatively much easier than ZFS.
