I am installating Linux Lite on my 4gb ram, windows 10, Intel Celeron laptop via live usb. On the “Installation type” window, after selecting the “Erase disk and install linux” option and hitting install, the cursor has been spinning on the same window for an hour with no visible progress. Please help.
I’d guess, it might be a problem with the downloaded image. Have you verified the checksums after downloading the ISO-file?
Yes I checked. They’re correct.
I re ran the installer multiple times and it finally did the job. My laptop’s running linux lite now.
