Is it possible to configure Server to Download Snaps and then that Server give these Snaps for other Network PCs that don’t have Internet Connection?

I found also that. At first I tough it’s not what I’m searching for.
Than when you post it, I read it second time and thought I could be useful.
Only problem is, Snap-Store Proxy need to be registered by Canonical. And we don’t want to.
You could easily share the Download directory of the server with the other PC’s using NFS.
That is only half a solution. You would still have to manually
tell each PC to install the Downloaded snap.
