MENU - right-clicking on applications to add a short cut to Panel or Desktop stopped working

I didn’t notice this problem until after I updated to Ulyssa, so I can’t say if it was there before.

The problem is that when I right-click on apps to add a shortcut to the Panel nothing happens if the app is listed in the following categories: All Applications, Accessories, Administration, Preferences, Places, and Recent Files.

If the app can be found any of the remaining location then it works fine. For example, Lutris, Steam, and PlayonLinux work as expected in the Games but not when making the attempt in All Applications.

Thanks in advance for the attention and help.

I’m still not sure what caused the problem but I was able to fix it by going back to the Welcome Screen and changing the Panel from Modern to Traditional. This reset gave short-cuts access again when Right-clicking the mouse.

Good :+1: :+1: :+1:
Just asking, are u able to use rightclick in modern stlye?

i haven’t changed it back to check. I was in modern style when the function was lost.

When I went to Traditional it reset all of my Panel/ applets, theme, and icons. I’m reluctant to go back and verify if Modern is working now too.
