New Linux book - seeking technical reviewers

Hi folks - I am working on a new Linux book with O’Reilly and seeking a few people to be technical reviewers for the manuscript. Ideally, I’m looking for one beginner and one intermediate-level user.

In return for reading the manuscript closely and offering comments & corrections, you’d receive a small honorarium (payment), a free copy of the book on publication, and your name in the acknowledgments.

The book is about 300 pages, and the time commitment is probably 10-12 hours altogether, over the course of a few weeks.

If you’re interested, email me at dbarrett@oreilly.com by this Friday July 21, and tell me about yourself and your Linux background. If you’ve ever reviewed a manuscript before, please say so.

Thank you very much.

I emailed too.

That’s amazing. Emailed you

Put my name forward as well. Generally appreciate the o Reilly series off books and have many in my collection. The Linux bible is in continuous use and has pride of place in my workshop.
