I was curious to learn if the b43-installer solution is specific to Ubuntu.
I have installed Kubuntu ( @Mina’s preferred )
and, of course, the Broadcom is not recognized.
So, I plugged the dongle to it, rebooted and bingo :
TL-WN725N gave me networks.
I am very happy.
