What I hate more than that - and it’s happened to me often enough over the last 25+ years - sometime after lunchtime on a Friday a “project manager” will contact me and remind me (first time) that I’m expected to work on an after hours change THIS EVENING! When I’m not on-call - FRIDAY EVENING is mostly about beverages from beer o’clock (usually 4pm) to the wee hours of Saturday morning (actually that was me in my late 30’s and early 40’s - can’t do that these days…

Think this mornings issues have made people think and reflect on many things. I am just in the process of looking at our own association to see if we could survive without the info we collect and use on a daily basis. Like most we have grown like topsy and no thought given to tomorrow
