I must agree with @Akito
The audio is really bad.
I frequently create screencasts myself on the job and therefore have som basic knowledge of properly producing one.
Seems that you recorded audio and video simultaniously, which is no good idea.
Consider writing a script, record the audio from it and then record the video by listening to your audio.
This way, you can edit the audio first, e.g. reduce the noise and so on.
No major critique, just a suggestion.

Try Restyboard and ZenTao. Both open source and later is jira alternative self-hosted.

ZenTao is really a good one for our development team, we are a team of about 20users.@Renee_Teng
Jira can’t be self-hosted anymore and the testing feature is not included in it for like case management, we googled a while and chose zentao as our collaboration tool.
