Outdated info regarding DeltaRPM in 17 things to do after installing Fedora blog

I noticed in the blog post for 17 things to do after installing Fedora it recommends to enable DeltaRPMs for faster downloads of packages, DeltaRPMs no longer function as well as they used to in Fedora due to some issues with their infrastructure, leading to DeltaRPMs making updates/installations often use more bandwidth and CPU than when they’re disabled, erasing the benefits of using them.

It’s looking like they’re going to phase out DeltaRPMs on the next Fedora 40 release based on how supported their change proposal here is, it also gives more technical information on why it now ends up worse to have them enabled F40 Change Proposal: Drop Delta RPMs (System Wide) - Fedora Discussion

Just wanted to give a heads up
