Hi Terry,
Can you explain what a Webapp is and why it would behave like a sandbox for firefox?
Regards and welcome
Neville
Recent versions of Linux Mint contain an application “Web Apps” that lets you spin up a dedicated web browsing instances powered by a supported web browser that you choose when add/setup a particular webapp as well as its starting URL. By spinning up just such a dedicated web browser instance for my banking website use and only that website and only its browser plugins/extensions, not ever to be used for any other web activity or purposes it does provide for some degree of isolation unless I misunderstand how it works. I apologize for the verbose answer, I have a cognitive issue that is present today. I hope this answers the question adequately.
Hi Terry,
That is clear thanks. It keeps a special browser used only for banking.

Neville
