Setup Alerting/reporting incase mails are dropped on the mcx02 server for a recipient xyz@xxxx.com

Is this unique to the single recipient?
Is this recipient a recent addition to the data base?
If the answer to both above is yes. Add another user and see if the error persists.
If it does. I suspect HDD size/performance issues.

This would be the only recipient i have to add which notifies. Could you also provide steps to follow what needs to be done.
