Someone help me please, While I was watching a movie in VLC player. since I didn’t touch the mouse or the keyboard for while, the screen locks on its own, and the same thing happened when I was downloading using FDM Free download manager, after a while, the system suspended automatically

There are settings , in one of the desktop menus, where you can turn off suspend and hibernate. You can also set the time for a screen timeout.
Cant tell you exactly which menu, they vary depending on your system

first of all, thanks for offering help.
I guess if I changed the timeout time, the screen will stay on even if I left my pc on, so I think there’s a permission that specifies which app to keep the system on.
