So I came across a post by @nevj about different ways of searching for an issue with search engines and the like.
One of the more popular sites to seek help from, especially with programming issues, is Stack Overflow.
However they don’t tend to be very …welcoming, shall we put it … I was wondering if anyone else had experience with this?
I read them - but only attempted to comment or reply on a few occasions, and my response always gets downvoted and not published… And other forums with pigheaded opinionated admins jumping on you… Nah! I like this spot right here myself…
They are quite professional, but highly filtered to remove all the chat.
I guess that means they dont appear friendly
