I used Fedora for a while, and I still get weekly updates because I never unsubscribed when I switched to Solus. As part of a discussion I was reading, there was a link to the Fedora 39 schedule key (Fedora Linux 39 Schedule: Key), and according to that document, the currently expected release date for Fedora 39 is Tue 2023-10-24.
