Trying to install TOR browser on ubuntu mate 18.01

Hi, After i run following command (found this command on itsfoss.com ):

“gpg –homedir “$HOME/.local/share/torbrowser/gnupg_homedir” –refresh-keys –keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com

i am getting following output

Is anything wrong here?

Because i am still getting verification error
GENERIC_VERIFY_FAIL

Please help. I am linux newbie.
