I am using Ubuntu 22.04 on my Lenovo laptop. I am getting this message while trying to update. Changed the mirror but getting same message. Here is Screen Shot. Thanks in advance.
Try running these two commands in the terminal:
sudo apt -f install
sudo dpkg --configure -a

Don’t know if this will help and it is an old post, but it talked about unmet dependencies and how to resolved it. Here is the link to the posting.

Were you trying to install something related to mesa? Perhaps the newer version is not supported for 22.04 yet. Try installing the supported version?
