Unable to toggle boot between Mint 20.2 and Win10 in grub menu?

Recently installed Mint 20.2 alongside Win 10. Both systems show in the grub menu but I am unable to select either and system automatically boots into Mint? Mint appears to recognize w10.
Any ideas?

Try to boot without any peripherals attached, except the keyboard.
If it still does not work, try re-plugging the keyboard, when in the GRUB menu.
If it still does not work, try using a different keyboard.

I often had an issue, where the keyboard did not turn on quickly enough. This can have different reasons.

Sounds like a plan. Wireless keys and Mouse. Is it possible to extend the time in the grub screen before bootup?

New batteries in the keyboard and mouse might help
