Vulkan extension VK_KHR_surface not supported

Attempting to run Everquest F2P using Lutris produces this error:
Required Vulkan extension VK_KHR_surface not supported
terminate called after throwing an instance of ‘dxvk::DxvkError’
I’ve posted in the Lutris support forum, but so far no response.
I’ve always gotten great advice here so I figured I’l see what someone
might say about solving this issue.

wine 6.23-1
wine-gecko 2.47.2-2
wine-mono 7.0.0-2

Install these versions, there is a problem in new wine versions

I finally found wine 6.23 at Index of /wine/source/6.x. I read that to get lutris to use this, I needed to copy it to /home/MyUser/.local/share/lutris/runners/wine/. I tried this but lutris doesn’t see
the version. Any clue as to where to get these versions and how to add them to lutris?
