Neville said he was interested in a talk I went to at SCaLE 21x called Where Does the Linux Desktop Go from Here? The talk is a couple different community members of various groups (KDE, GNOME, ect) talking about how to drive contributors of all kinds, as well as how to help with contributor burnout.

Also, some people in the crowd had some trouble hearing some of the panelists. Since it was also live streamed, you may or may not have trouble hearing some of them. Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do about it if they are too quiet.
