Windows is Cancer but, I need files in this VM

Hey I know Microsoft is evil and I want to use it as little as possible, but having some issues with share folders.

I have a Debian Host OS with a Virtual Machine Windows 10 VM. I’m looking to share a folder between them. I shared it using the Virtual Machine GUI and hit auto mount. But it’s not showing up in the windows VM like it does when I share Linux to Linux. Any thoughts?

Maybe try using Remmina from Linux to remote to the Windows VM and setup Remmina to share some local folder into the Windows VM over RDP… I know it’s there in Remmina, I used to use it all the time, as most of my customers only allowed egress into their networks via Windows jumphosts…
